| First, about this site - there's a lot of "stuff" here and while some may not appear to be germane to your specific project, I ask that you give scrutiny and consideration to the depth and breadth of experience displayed here - more to the point, how it may bolster your business and creative firepower. Watermark - A Brief Background My five year undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and my vocation since has been Industrial Design. It's a wonderfully exciting field with broad application to any form of commerce. The name, Watermark, is a mnemonic, a way of branding myself. It's easy to understand over poor connections, and easy to remember for those with a million items on their mind. Lastly, a watermark is a symbol of quality, a standard that my work represents and that I aspire to. My assignments have engaged me globally in projects as disparate as airlines and aircraft manufacturers to optical companies. From (GUIs) graphical user interface - for copy machines and software to cosmetics and consumer product packaging. I founded and ran a successful marketing and communications firm for nearly a decade. And so it goes, a pot-pourri of hundreds of unique and exciting projects over my career that I have conceived, managed and been directly involved with. I'd like to broaden that scope even further - into different arenas should the opportunity arise, and while excited and comfortable with any of the aforementioned, am open to and would seriously consider in no particular order, more high-tech user interface development, "giving back" non-profit work, prototype development, and so on - something outside the polygon. Brain food. You will find me affable, a people person, witty, with a good sense of humor and a balanced seriousness toward business. My strengths include ease of communication, a technological bent mixed with creativity and the gift of a designer's award-winning eye. Other attributes include fiscal competency, an instinct for the "black-ink" bottom line. An ENTP if you follow the Myers/Briggs testing protocol. Let's talk about what YOU need. Cell phone: 603-339-1075, though here in the conifers of New Hampshire it doesn't always connect. I would be happy to email more information to you. Just drop me a line. LinkedIn profile |
